It's okay to feel the tension between what we expect life to look like and what it actually is. The same with your family...no family is perfect and while you may think that a family photo session needs to look and feel calm, that's rarely the case.

You don't need every hair in it's place and certainly don't need perfectly behaved children...their personalities are what make life fun and unique!
